The responsibility of health and safety is one of the most important roles on any construction site. When attaining your level 6 NVQ in Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, there are many responsibilities and duties that you should be aware of.

4.      Protocols & Procedures

When reaching your NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety, you will be expected to develop policies and procedures for the workplace, that not only follow the law but also stay up to date with any changes to the law.

Additionally, you will need to manage procedures and drills such as fire emergencies and evacuations, making sure that there is a specific protocol in place and that everyone is aware of their role in it.
