1-250 Employees

CITB Training Fund

CITB offer a Training Fund of up to £25,000 for all companies with 1 – 250 employees. Limited companies are eligible for this funding and Sole Traders require 1 employee to be eligible.

All CITB levy payers can also get funding for NQVs, with up to £1,500 for a level 6 NVQ and up to £1,250 for a level 3 NVQ, as of April 2023

As Think Construction Skills are an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) with CITB we are able to help you apply for the training fund.

If you’re taking an NVQ assessment, you can get grants of £1,250 for the Supervisor’s NVQ (level 3) or £1,500 for the Manager’s NVQ (level 6).

This funding is only for CITB registered companies, sole traders with a levy number. 

With funding from CITB, you can get a level 3 supervisor NVQ for free.

We can now help you obtain funding from CITB to pay for your training. This could mean that the course doesn’t cost you a penny!

We carry out assessments in your workplace (OSAT – On Site AssessmentTraining) whereby an Assessor will observe you carrying out your duties and ask you questions relevant to your role, carried out on a typical day.

Levels 1 and 2 normally take around 1-3 months but could be quicker. Levels 3 to 7 may take longer and is quite often dependent on your commitment to providing the necessary evidence
