This Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Management assessment has been created to assess learners in a real work environment, it is a no-written work assessment and will be judged based on competency.
By getting this qualification, specialising in residential development, you will demonstrate your leadership skills as a construction site supervisor, showing superior knowledge, understanding and experience in the role.
When you complete the level 4 NVQ assessment in construction site supervision – residential development, you will have the correct qualification to apply for a gold CSCS card (or renew your current CSCS card). This qualification showcases your site supervision competency, specialising in residential development, validating your skills and opening up opportunities for you to enhance your career on the construction site, eventually becoming a site manager.
You can no longer get a CSCS card any other way than having the correct NVQ assessment.
